David is about 1 month old here. Christy is feeding her little brother.
So the kids made him a crown because he is King David. I thought this was so sweet. They actually helped to name him. We had been reading about David in the Bible around the time that we found out we were pregnant. So, of course, the name stuck and we have our very own King David.

Sommar's class had a special visitor today. They've been studying animals so Mrs. Fulford brought in a real chicken. They observed the chicken all day and logged their observations.
Jordan's Kindergarten class went to see the play Charlotte's Web. They had just finished reading the book. It was such a cute play and we had a great time.
