Summertime Skating

We went to Skate World with our friends Carter & Aiden.  Sommar and Jordan were awesome!
Peter had so much fun.  He started off a little shaky but after a few minutes, he was skating like a big boy.  Yes, that's Jordan on the floor behind him!
Daddy stayed home with David and Christy.

Jordan's First Style Cut

At 3:15pm today, Jordan had a haircut appointment at Ardan's.  She knew that she wanted to get her hair cut short and was so excited about it.  She and I went by ourselves.  We stopped through Starbucks on the way.  When we arrived, she was so giddy.  She sat down to get her hair washed and turned to Miss Laura and said, "This is my favorite part."  She hopped up on the chair and was really excited about the "Fishy Cape" that she got to wear.  One of the other stylists turned to me and said, "Wow, I've never heard her talk so much."  Jordan was in heaven!
This was the final result.  She looked stunning, inside and out.  She is the most beautiful 6 year old girl in the world.
The back view.  She was so excited to show Daddy!  So I texted him a picture and Sommar texted her back with Emoji pictures.  It was really cute.
Then when we walked into the door, all of the kids came running up to her and said, "We love your haircut!  You are beautiful!"  They went on and on.  What an amazing picture of the way that God sees us.  He sees us as beautiful, lovely and stunning.  Seeing Jordan so lit up inside was so special.  Her beauty was radiant and I was in awe of her beauty.  God reminded me that this is the same way in which He is in awe of my beauty. Orlando: July 21st, 2011

We took a trip to Orlando in July and we had told Peter Jr. that we were going to Lego Land.  What we didn't realize is that Lego Land wasn't open yet!  It was scheduled to open in October.  So...we did the next best thing and went to the Lego store in Downtown Disney.

Daddy bought Peter a giant Lego box.

Then later on we ate of T-Rex in the Ice Age room.

Our trip to Sea World was so much fun.  This is us at the Shamu Show.

I love these pictures of us on the Shamu Express roller coaster.

We also traveled to Kennedy Space Center.  It was somewhat of a ghost town, because of all of the budget cuts.  We had fun anyways and now we can check that off of our list of things to do!

July 17th, 2011: CA Wedding with Peter Jr.

My cousin Kelly got married and she asked Peter Jr. to be the ring bearer.  So, Mommy and Peter Jr. took a trip to CA all by ourselves.  We had such a great time, just mommy and Peter.

My cousin got him this shirt to wear for the rehearsal.  He was "Ring Security".
Peter sent this photo of David to me.  We had a great time but definitely missed our family.

 Wedding Day!

He did great!  He walked down the isle perfectly and stood still the entire wedding.  I was so proud of him.  And we even had fun on the dance floor!
